She was predeceased by: her parents, John Winfrey and Osie Winfrey (Pat Workman); her son Basil Workman; and her siblings, Violet Williams, Mildred McMillion, Dewey and Melvin Winfrey.
She is survived by: her brothers, Homer Winfrey of Howard, OH, Donnie Winfrey (Rose) of Ocala, FL and Clyde Winfrey (Debbie) of Williamsburg, WV; her daughters, Shirley Workman of Cornstalk and Gale Lowe of Lewisburg, WV; and her grandchildren, Rick Webb of Alderson, WV, Scott Webb of Fairlea, WV, Hope Jordan (Joey) of Cornstalk, WV, Pat Workman (Heather) of Neola, WV, Doug Lowe (Leah) of Chesapeake, OH, David Lowe of Olive and Branch. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
