He was predeceased by: his brother Emmitt Clayton Deaver. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Ballard Morgan; his siblings, Mark Morris Morgan of Mineral, VA. and Peggy Crawford (Henry) of Ronceverte; his nieces, Kelli Bostic (Jamie) of Ronceverte, Jennifer Miller and Tonya Wolford of Mineral, VA.; and his nephew Charles Crawford of Ronceverte.
