She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Alvin and Virginia F. Thomas Hurt; her husband Donald Lee Boone; her great grandchild Remington Reed; and her sister Linda Ann Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Sherrie Ann Boone and William Shane Boone (Lori Crawford); her grandchildren, Caleb Shane Boone (Shyanne Reckseen), Casey Lee Boone (Hannah Lemaster), Cara Lynn Boone, Alexis Danielle Dean, Scotty Reed (Jessica) and Tyler Seldomridge; her daughter-in-law Donna Lynn Boone; and her siblings, Barbara Jean Corbin, Charlene "Shug" Martinez, Judy Rose, Barbara Corbin Jordan, Raymond Junior Hurt and Steven Alvin Hurt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
