He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Talbott and Virginia Talbott; his wife Jacqueline Talbott; and his daughter Joyce Ann Talbott. He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Ray Talbott (Martha) of Albuquerque, Wayne Talbott (Sheila) of Lewisburg, W. V and Twila Patton (Corby) of Sam Black, W. V; his children, James Talbott (Laura) of Spanaway, WA, Joseph Talbott (Jamila) of Lewisburg, W. V, John Talbott of Chicago, IL. and Heather Gillilan (Jed) of Clintonville, W. V; and his grandchildren, Justin Shephard, Caleb Talbott, Kimber Gillilan, Landon Gillilan, Aubre Anna Talbott and Angie Brammer.
