He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Foy Hiltner and Mary Stauffer Hiltner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara VanDerlin Hiltner; his daughters, Amanda Sergent (Tom) and Emily Lawrence (James); and his siblings, Eric Virgil Hiltner (Bonnie) and Peggy Ann Hiltner (Michael Holz).
