With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Martin Tuckwiller (Lewisburg, West Virginia), born in Ronceverte, West Virginia, who passed away on March 6, 2021 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Martin Tuckwiller to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Kirby Martin and Virginia Richmond McCrary Martin; her husband John Franklin Tuckwiller; and her sister Jacqueline Martin Holland. She is survived by: her children, Emily Ann Tuckwiller Shirey (Bob Shirey), Jack Tuckwiller (Kathryn Tuckwiller), Matthew Ross Tuckwiller (Lynne McClung Tuckwiller) and Amy Craig Tuckwiller Wolf (Wilbur Earl Wolf III); her grandchildren, Jenny Shirey Murray (John Murray), Christine Shirey Fosdick (Mark Fosdick), John Tuckwiller (Caitlin Tuckwiller), James Franklin Tuckwiller (Anne Bowling Tuckwiller), Slayter Tuckwiller (Taylor Rae Ward), Reese Tuckwiller (Sydney Kinstler), Wilbur Craig Wolf (Kira Oshaben Wolf) and Rachel Margaret Wolf; and her great grandchildren, Orian Post, Audra Murray, Oliver Murray, Gwendolyn Fosdick, Steven Robert Fosdick, Hayden Cieniewicz, Madeline Quinn Tuckwiller and Wilbur Alan Wolf.
Due to COVID precautions we will be live streaming the service at 2pm and ask if you wish to participate at home through Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home's facebook page.
