He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Sizemore Kincaid; his brother Roger Ballard; his children, Cheryl Hanna (Cary) of Frankfort, KY, David Kincaid of Roanoke, VA, Tammie Mohamed (Nasir) of Lewisburg, Laura Kincaid (Justin Anderson) of Princeton and Julian Kincaid of Morgantown, WV; his grandchildren, Jake Hanna, Brooke Hanna, Aira Rudd, Raymond Holliday, Michael Holliday and Chase Kincaid; and his siblings, Melissa Sullenberger (Jack) of Delaware, Vanessa Lewis of Baltimore, MD and Donald Ballard (Lisa) of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
