It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean L. Johnson of Lewisburg, West Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodson Legg and Julia Legg; her son Harold Lee; and her sisters, Betty Hale Tuckwiller (Clifton) and Eleanor Van Lear Hobbs (Lawrence).
She is survived by: her spouse Lee H. Johnson of Lewisburg; her children, Raymond Lee Johnson (Donna) of Lewisburg, Joyce Ann Lovell (Pat) of Beckley and Sue Ellen Johnson (Scot Brown) of Lewisburg; her grandchildren, Samuel Ray Johnson, Stephanie Ann Tobergte (Bobby), Elizabeth Vance (Jeff) and Nicole Lee Honaker; her stepgrandchildren, Katelyn Winfrey (Keldon), Peyton Brown and Kensley Shannon; her great grandchildren, Ashley Brooke Johnson (David), Colby Ray Johnson, Alexis Ann, Chandler Grant Jones (Bubby) and Lyla June Smith; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Hadley, Hollyn Winfrey and Wrenlee Shannon; her nieces, Cynthia Tuckwiller Crane of Lewisburg, Karen Tuckwiller Godby (Marty) of Lewisburg and Laurie Hobbs Bell (Mike) of Roseland Va; her nephew Clifton Michael Tuckwiller of Asbury; her grandsons, Sam Johnson, Colby Johnson, Chandler Jones, Bobby Tobergte, David Johnson and Peyton Brown; and her caregivers, Amy Jackson and Brenda Tincher. She is also survived by Several other great nieces and nephews and many other extended family members and friends.
