He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelma Windon and William Windon; his siblings, Hunter Windon, Bob Windon and Jenny Windon; and his brother-in-law John Nekoranec.

He is survived by: his wife Martha Windon (Marty); his daughter Leigh Ann Wiseman of Fairlea; his grandson Justin Windon (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Hunter and Hadley of Lewisburg; his granddaughter Tarisa Whitt (Nathaniel Pitzer); his great grandchild Brooklyne of Lewisburg; his sister Irene "Wendy" Nekoranec of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Windon of Lewisburg and Margie Windon-Joslyn of Battle Creek, MI.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and great nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions no service will be held at this time.

He was very involved with the Elks National Foundation and the annual Hoop-Shoot held annually for area students.
