With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn Richard Crookshanks of Lewisburg, West Virginia, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 9, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tip and Mary Jane McCreight Crookshanks; and his siblings, George McCreight and Mary Jane Murphy. He is survived by: his close friend Peggy Minear; his children, Dean Crookshanks (Ann), Billy Crookshanks (Rona), Adam Crookshanks, Christopher Minear, Felicya Martinez (Leroy) and Melissa Crookshanks; his siblings, Steve Smith (Debbie) and Linda Carver; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Codi, Logan, Colton, Rylan, Camren, Haylie, Vanessa and Valerie. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
