She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Persinger and Pearl Persinger (Flack); her husband Basil; and her siblings, Lucille and John.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Carter (Billy) and Angela Whited (Alan); her grandchildren, Allison Whited McMellon (Jason) and Gary Whited (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Ryan McMellon, Kyle McMellon and Cash Whited; her brothers, Harold Persinger (Ginny) and Guy Persinger; and her niece Colleen Whelan.
