Samuels (Leslie); his son Tyeshawn Allen (Scarlet); his siblings, Audrey, Celine, Barbara, Charmaine, Patrick, Christine and Derrick; his friends, Thompson of Georgia and Phillbrick Brown of Beckley, WV; and his sisters-in-law, Sheila Paschall and Kim Keys. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
