Hartsook of Crawley, WV; her siblings, Shirleen Bishop (John), Carol Jaeger of Union Grove, WI, Jim Moten (Susan) of Rosburg, WA, Joyce Martin (Jesse) of Crawley, WV and Frances Lesher (Joe) of Elkview, WV; her granddaughters, Autumn McNeely (Kim) of Greenville, WV and Brittany Gilkeson; her great grandchild Paiten Surgeon of Rupert, WV; and her stepchildren, Jimmy Hicks (Sam) of Pinch, WV and Christi Hicks. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, uncles and many special friends.
