He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Luther and Elizabeth Ann Burns (Keene); and his niece Emilee Clark. He is survived by: his children, Sheri Marie Burns (Josh Arnett) of Lewisburg, Melinda Burns Reed (Mark) of Hilton Village, WV, Aaron Keith Burns of Lewisburg and Gary Michael Burns of Lewisburg; his sister Sherry Elaine Burns (John Clark) of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Williow Ortiz, Laurel Ortiz, Luna Arnett, Rhea Arnett, Sara Dunbar, Robert Dunbar, Aaron Dunbar and Trenton Bennett; and his nephew Joseph Luther Burns (Laura) of Pickaway.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the funeral Home to help offset the funeral expenses.
