He was predeceased by: his parent Oretha Faye Williams Franke; and his brother Dale "Kenny" Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Morgan Williams; his sons, Corey Williams of Frankford, WV and Casey Williams of Morgantown, WV; his stepfather Richard Ernst Franke; and his niece Laura Martin (Adam) of Mason, OH. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
