It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Gail Burns (Lewisburg, West Virginia), born in Fairlea, West Virginia, who passed away on June 10, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Jean Surber Boone (Jack); her brothers-in-law, Thomas Flack and Sonny Burns; her husband William O. Burns; her sister Charlene Surber Flack of Charlotte, NC.; and her sister-in-law Pat Burns of Fairlea. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
