He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Eugene Legg, Sr. and Beatrice Cozetta Osborne Legg; his wife Emily Burns Legg; and his siblings, Lenore Hudkins and James Legg.
He is survived by: his children, Terri A. Hanna, Vicki Leigh Burns and Wyatt Alexander Abbitt, II (Shilpa); his brother Jerry Legg (Anne) of St. Albans, WV; and his grandchildren, Richard A. Prosser (Katelan), Leslie Lauren Burgess (Ben), Emily J. Hanna, Elizabeth W. Glazer (David), Lindsey A. Hanna, Sean H. Abbitt, Elizaveta Abbitt and Wyatt A. Abbitt, III. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
