She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Ratliff (Carol), Kevin Ratliff (Kadee) and Chris Ratliff (Amy); her grandchildren, Jacob Ratliff, Rachel Ratliff, Chelsea Blevins (Justin Blevins), Leah Ratliff (Kirby Campbell), Larah Ratliff and Kamy Ratliff; her great grandchildren, Lillith Woods, Luna Ratliff, AJ Ratliff, Everlynn Blevins and Blair Campbell; and her brothers, Melvin, Bill and Jim Hoover. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
