He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Clyde Fox and Laura Davis Fox; his wife Loretta Jean Fox; his son Keith Ray Fox; and his son-in-law Clyde Cook.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Workman of Lewisburg and Carol Cook of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Alex Workman (Cendleyn) and Samantha Castro (Eddie); and his great grandchild Jayda Workman.
