She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Jason and Clara Toothman Flack; her husband Carl E. Smith; and her siblings, Hazel Flack Harrah, Christina Flack, Carl, Earl, Otho, Albert and Edwin Flack.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Smith Higginbotham (Charlie) of Frankford, Barbara Jo Smith-Hudnall of Fairlea and Charles "Chuck" Smith (Debbie) of Lewisburg; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Andrew, Grant, Conner, Grayson, Sawyer Higginbotham, Talyn Hersman and Baby O'Neil.
