She was predeceased by: her father William "Bill" Napier; her husband James "Jim" Baker; and her brother William Richard "Billy" Napier Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Eva Mae Napier; her children, Kimberly Simpson (Wayne) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Thomas "T. R." Fuller (Amanda) of Lewisburg, WV; her grandchildren, Zachary, Alexis, Madison and Hannah Fuller; and her siblings, Carolyn Napier, Donna Hanson (Aubrey), Diana Shafer (David), Joyce Clendenin (Roger), Marie Napier and John Napier (Sharon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
