She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley James and Bessie Hall Burcham of Ashland, Kentucky.; her husband Barney; her son Bill O'Field; and her granddaughter Kristy O'Field Fisher.
She is survived by: her daughter Patty Warren (Doug); her daughter-in-law Donna O'Field; her grandchildren, Laura Morton (Ben), Beth Hundley (Chris), Carrie Withrow (Tommy) and Steve O'Field; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Kate Morton, Drew, Nathan, Jacob Hundley, John, Grace, Quinn Withrow and Ashlyn Fisher.
