She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lacy and Bertha Elizabeth Adwell Yates; and her siblings, Helen Campbell, Hilda Seldomridge, Margaret Hambrick and Nelson Yates.

She is survived by: her children, Ricky Dale Snedegar of Lewisburg, WV, Eddie Lynn Snedegar (Holly) of Concord, NC, Michael Snedegar and Debbie Kay Loomis of Lewisburg, WV; and her siblings, Junior Yates (Carol) of Frankford, WV, Billy Yates (Madeline) of Frankford, WV and Katherine Cooke of Anthony, WV. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews.
