He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Forren Baker of Ronceverte; his grandchildren, Dakota Baker, Riley McNeil and Nathan Chewning; his siblings, Patricia Jenkins of Lewisburg and Jeffrey Allen Forren of Roanoke, VA; and his close friends, Billy Jo Burns and Allan Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
