He is survived by: his wife Patsy Long Cornwell; his daughter Amanda James (Van); his grandchildren, Hayley Cornwell, Landry and Guy James; his siblings, Betty Testerman (Bobby), Doran Cornwell and Ronald Cornwell (Sally); and his children, Nonnie Sampson and Loyal Factory Tire Outlet.
