She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Franklin and Atha Romaine Gillian Ward; her husband Alfred "Bud" Waugh; her siblings, Roy Melvin "Snook" Ward, Mildred Marie Ward, Imogene Richmond and Dorothy Sears; her nephew Avery Dale Bragg; and her son-in-law Dennis R. White.
She is survived by: her daughter Ruth P. White of Lewisburg; her sister Mogene Dobbins of Hinton; her great-niece Tasha Naik of Hinton; her close friend Jimmy Cook of Lewisburg; and her pet Susie Kathryn.
A visitation with strict Covid 19 guidelines enforced will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg.
