She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Moreland and Margaret Cline Moreland; her husband Clyde T. Bailey; her son Douglas Twigg; and her brother Ralph Neal Moreland.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Shanholtz of Romney, WV; and her brother Belmont Moreland of Paw Paw, WV. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
