She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilden "Tucker" Clay and Lora "May" Baker Clay; her husband Charles "Cleon" Clay; and her siblings, Ailene Pinson, Alfreda Adkins, Opal Midkiff, Jimmy and Charlie Clay.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Clay of Letart, WV and Terry Clay (Marvette) of Katy, Texas; her brother Eugene "Duge" Clay of East Lynn, WV; her grandsons, Nathan Amos and Kevin Clay; and her stepgrandchildren, Darrell Williamson, Kaelie Graham, Leslie Turner and Ashlie Remlinger.
