He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Marcus Weaver and Dora F. Weaver (Cullen). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Weaver (Woods); his children, Brandon Weaver of Letart and Jillian Harris (George) of Elkview, WV; his grandson Liam Harris; and his sisters, Maxine Rose of Racine, OH and Juanita French (Marc) of Racine, OH. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
