It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Acord of Lester, West Virginia, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his father Willie D. Mitchell of Lester, WV; his daughter Kinsley Brooke Acord; his mother Crystal Ann Acord Butler of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, Halonah, Angie, Amaya, Jonathan, Xavier, Zavion, Natalia of Beckley, WV and Arileah of Beckley, WV; his grandparents, Shirley and Steven Curry of Lester, WV; his aunts and uncles, Billie (James) of Crab Orchard, WV, Bobbie Kay of Charlotte, NC, Adrian of Charlotte, NC, Michelle of Beckley, Rocky of Beckley, Sterling of Oak Hill and Barbara of Mooresville, NC; his close friends, Cody Wood and Rob Lewis; and his grandfather Steve. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
