She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilton Gillenwalters and Oretha James Gillenwalters; her husband Ernest "Tim" Bailey; and her siblings, Clarence Lawson, Ralph Lawson, Tim Lawson, Calvin Ratliff, Lucretia Miller, Rose Benner of Frankie Conn and Glenna Ratliff.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Bailey of Lester and Misty Bailey (Robbie Belcher) of Beckley; her siblings, Donald Lawson (Bonnie) of Bolt, Janice Wyatt of Lester and Michael Gillenwalters (Jeannie) of Beckley; and her grandchildren, Randy Bowles, Blake Bowles, Wilton Nelson, Kinsley Nelson and Owen Nelson.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of WV.
