He is survived by: his mother Martha Marcum Phipps of Lester; his wife Maria Osborne Phipps; his daughter Autumn Rain Phipps; his sisters, Tammy Davis (Mark) of Lexington, KY and Kathleen Hawkins (Justin) of Greensboro, NC.; his grandmother Grace Stiltner of Pikeville, KY; and also Harvey Osborne.
