He is survived by: his mother Delma Marie Justice of Beckley; his wife Elvadeen McMillion Justice; his children, Caroline Marie Justice of Lester and Samuel Anderson Davis Justice of Lester; and his sisters, Cathy Acord (Frank) of Beckley, Carol Asbury (Dennis) of Kopperston, WV and Debra Moore of Fairdale, WV.
