He is survived by: his sister Rita Gray of Franklin Furnace, OH; his nieces and nephews, Barbara Cochran (Dustin) of Wellston, OH, Frank Plybon Jr. of Willow Wood, OH, Amanda Voiers (Blaine) of Ironton, OH, Tony Gray (Joni) of Franklin Furnace, OH, Cassie Huff of Huntington, WV and Paula Gray; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Izabella Plybon-Cochran, Dustin Cochran II, Anastasia Cochran, Oaklan Voiers, Ridge Voiers, Frank Plybon III, Jonathon Plybon, Allie Plybon, Morgan Plybon, Bethcinda Huff, Landon Huff and Shyann Huff.
