He was predeceased by: his parent Toney Willard Collins; his wife Jewel Nadine Collins; and his brothers, Willard Collins and Charles Collins. He is survived by: his parent Nellie Mae Webb Collins; his daughter Darlene White; his daughters-in-law, Anne Collins, Mike McCallister and Lynn McCallister; his brother Bob Collins; and his sister-in-law Ethel Collins. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
