She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Holley of Virginia and Charles Kenneth Holley; her husband Herbert Allen Fisher; her siblings, Bobby Lee Holley and Anna Mae Nojedara; and her niece Bobbi Jean Dean.
She is survived by: her niece Angela Holley (Brent) of Milton, WV; her great-nephew Justin Lee Holley; her niece Debbie Mercure (Larry) of Sebring; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nina Ann Bishop of Florida, Tiffanie Hill-Fairfield of Florida and Ryan Hill of Florida; her niece Peggy Fisher of Pt; her great-nieces, Shelby Dean and Sydney Dean; her cousin Kathie Austin; her friend Virginia Whitt; and also Billy Dean of Lincoln County, WV.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved as her own children.
Friends and family may honor her memory by sending flowers, giving to a charity of their choice or by donating to the Holley Memorial Scholarship fund. Donations to the scholarship fund may be made by contacting or visiting City National Bank and requesting to contribute to the fund in care of Angela Holley.
