She was predeceased by: her parents, Corbett Carter and Irene Carter; her husband John Roach; her parents-in-law, George and Ethel Roach; her sons, Keith Allen and Gary Lee Roach; and her siblings, Rose Marie Carter, Mildred Carter, Bernice Scott, George and William Carter.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Knapp (Donald); her siblings, Evelyn Surgeon (George), Sharon Brayton (Jack), Corbett Carter (Ginia), Steve Carter (Debbie) and Bruce Carter (Diana); and her grandchildren, Amy Hay (Ronnie), Rose Pratt, Deanna Chapman (Joseph), Wendy Roberts (Roy) and Charles Roach (Alisha). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
A special thank you to the staff of Heritage Center for providing extra comfort and care during the last days of her life when family couldn't be with her due to Covid-19 and to Carrie Spangler for the love and attention given to her "Aunt Dorothy".
