She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Birchfield, Sr. and Justice Birchfield of Tennessee; her former husband Charlie "Horsecreek" Kennedy; her husband Buford Blevins; her stepsons, Virgil, David and Memory Kennedy; and her siblings, Thelma Trent, Betty Jane Kennedy, Frank Jr., Roger, Teddy and Ronnie Birchfield.
She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Kennedy Bradley of Lerona; her stepdaughters, Betty Kennedy Kukul (Donald) of Medina, OH and Freda Kennedy Tyndall (Mac) of Yadkinville, NC; her sons, Wells Kennedy of Princeton and George Kennedy (Chasity) of Panther; her brother Mack Birchfield (Beverly) of Panther; her grandchildren, Trevor, Colton and Gracyn Kennedy; and her close friend Linda Shepard (Eloise) of Princeton. She is also survived by 19 step-grandchildren; and all of her great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and family members and friends.
