He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Dray; his great-grandparent Janie Powell; and his niece Alexis Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Tommy H. Johnson, Sr. and Wendy Dray; his wife Paula Johnson; his children, Brandon Clinton, Brooke Clinton and David Harmon; his grandchildren, Layla Johnson, Maverick Eads, Skylar Slate and Adren Petrie; his siblings, Brandon Johnson of Texas, Cody New of Texas, Christina Clark of Gallipolis and Brittany Johnson of Texas; and his brother-in-law Lee Blankenship of Leon.
