We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2020, at the age of 67, Thomas O. Douglass of Leon, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus R. Douglass and Anna Lee Roush Douglass. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lee Wolfe (Dale) of Leon, Steve Douglass (Kathy) of West Monroe, LA and Cindy Wainscott of Franklin, OH; his nieces and nephews, Julie Bumgarner, Jason Meeks, Adam Douglass, Annie Broussard, Andy Douglass and Kyle Wainscott; and his pets, Lucy, Lu Lu and Bear.
