He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McDade Sr. (Viola) and Viola McClure; his daughter Sabrina McDade; and his sister Margie Hart. He is survived by: his grandsons, Christian Burk and James Burk of Leon, WV; and his siblings, Roger McDade (Debra) of Southside, WV, David McDade of Point Pleasant, WV, Joyce Cheesebrew of Gallipolis, OH, Pat Johnson (John) of Gallipolis, OH and Kate Stone of Cheshire, OH. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
