We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2023, at the age of 70, Richard Lee Mattox of Leon, West Virginia, born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Richard and Hazel T. Mattox (Rollins); and his siblings, Junior Mattox and Diana Melton. He is survived by: his children, Rick Mattox of Leon, Kevin Mattox of Leon and Andrea Patterson of Leon; his grandchildren, Ricky, Courtney (Matt), Robby (Katie), Katlyn, Taylor and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Owen, Jonathon and Landon; and his sisters, Jeannie Davis of Leon and Carolyn Russell of Leon. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
