He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Warner and Genevieve Warner; and his son Brandon Warner. He is survived by: his sons, Randy J. Warner II of Saint Albans and Herman "Matthew" Warner of Arbuckle; his daughter-in-law Olivia Warner of Cincinnati; his grandson Randy J Warner III; and his brother Steve Warner (Teresa) of Point Pleasant.
