He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Parkins and Violet Harrison Parkins; and his brothers, Junior and Bob Parkins. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Workman Parkins; his sons, Kerry Parkins (Allison) of Red House and Aaron Parkins (Lisa) of Red House; his grandchildren, Shannon White, Bethany McClanahan and Chelsey Jordan; his great grandchildren, Nora Beth White and Grier Elizabeth McClanahan; and his sisters-in-law, Dolores Parkins of Maine, Ann Riffee of Red House, Donnie Parkins of Confidence and Brenda Landers of Poca.
