He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Sr. Faulkner and Ilah Beatrice Faulkner (Dawes); and his siblings, Brenda, Jay and Tommy Faulkner.
He is survived by: his children, Tashina Anders (Joshua) of Lynchburg and John Faulkner of Hillsboro; the mother of his children Carmon Faulkner of Hillsboro; and his siblings, Linda Marshall (Ernest) of Seaman, Cecil Faulkner Jr. of Georgetown, Faye Young (Keith) of Columbus and Ruby Powell (Steven) of Leon, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
