He was predeceased by: his former wife Lori Jo Waugh; and his parents, Gary Waugh and Martha Waugh of Leon. He is survived by: his wife Starla Waugh of Leon; his children, Kimmy Myles of Eleanor, Keith Waugh of Leon, Steven Stephenson of Quincy, KY, Makenzie Patton of Eleanor and Casandra Pritt of Belle; his grandchildren, Kaylee Jo Myles of Eleanor and Tyler Witt of Eleanor; and his brothers, Jesse Waugh (Teresa) and Scottie Waugh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
