He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leonard Cash and Crystal Crookham Cash; his daughter Stephanie Dawn Cash; and his brother William "Bill" Cash. He is survived by: his sister Sally Ann Hubbard (Larry G.) of Culloden. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Raynes Funeral Home, P.O. Box 250 Buffalo WV 25033 to help with funeral expenses.
