Runion; her son Philip Jeffery Runion; her siblings, Clarence Rice, Louise Wilford, Margaret Dotson, Grovie Taylor and Celistine Rice; her children, Sharon Jones (Mike), Phyllis Yester (Albert), Kevin Runion (Kim) and Arnold; her brother Lawrence Rice (Dean); her grandchildren, Rebecca Chamberlin III (Chuck), Michael Jones (Erica), Julie Clark (Noah), Sarah Yester, Angela Neff (John), Otis Runion, Josh Runion (Rebecca) and Carey Blain (Brian); and her great great grandchild Karlee Temple. She was also cherished by many extended family and friends.
