He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Frank and Rae Rosenberg Frank; his wife Maria Stewart Frank; his children, Joseph Frank, Jay, Donald and Mary; and his siblings, Maureen Pavlik, Iris Frank and Robert Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip John Frank (Sue) of Cleveland and Anna Ganss; his daughter-in-law Dorothy Michelle Frank; and his sister Beatrice Mankowski. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
