He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Alvin Stephens and Gladys Valeta Stephens (Henry); his grandparents, Charles Stephens and Willa Stephens (Durst); his aunts and uncles, Lloyd Stephens, Ross Stephens, Elva McDermott, Lena Keefer and Vera Edwards; his grandparents, Joseph Augustus Henry and Bertha Catherine Henry (Lambert); his uncle Eugene Henry; and his aunts, Hazel Mayes, Dorothy Keim, Bessie Blankenship and Vera Hedwall. He is also survived by many cousins, friends, and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers friends are requested to donate to a charity of choice.
